About Me
Copywriter till then, I leave my job some months ago and became a self-employed writer and editor so I could work and travel at the same time. Now I'm starting to enjoy the pleasures of can work from somewhere i want to be. :)
Just came back from a trip in South America, and now I'm planning the next trip, through the Europe in next summer...
I've already travelled a little, but always in hostels, hotels or friend's houses. Now I want to try CS experience cause I believe the point in traveling is not just seeing in your front all of those things you, well, someway already knew. I think the magic in traveling is knowing the local ones and their favorite places, learning about their culture and living like them.
That's why the idea of coachsurfing seems so exciting! As I said, a few months ago, after leaving my job, I backpacked through some part of South America. I've spent one month knowing something like ten cities, from Montevideo to the Andes Mountains. Now I'm planning another and bigger one: travel trough Germany, Spain, France, Holand, England and maybe Ireland and Poland. A girl friend will go along with me in some part of this adventure, but mostly I'll be traveling alone. That's why I'm here! :) Recommended by this same friend, who is an expert in backpacking, and lived in Europe for a couple years.
I'm new arround here, so you can check my other profiles to see I really exist and am a normal person [maybe not really :)]

P.S. If the customs let me, I promise bring you some brazilian cachaça and make us some caipirinhas! :)
(In case you never heard about that, cachaça is and brazilian typical beverage, and caipirinha is our most classic and famous drink!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
can't imagine travel arround in a turism bus, carrying a turism guide, meeting only another turists and only seeing the classic turistic points. it seems so boring! i believe the point in traveling is not just seeing in person all of those things you, well, already know in someway.
i believe the magic in traveling is knowing the local ones and their favorite places, knowing their culture and living like them.
the last [actually the first] big trip i've made, i just decidew a few days before, and get in the cities knowing almost nothing about them, just asking people: what happens here? was amazing!
