Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because I don't want to be just an ordinary tourist seeing the main attractions in a city. I would love to not only get to know the culture and traditions of a place but to get to know the locals. I think that getting to know the locals opens up your mind and makes traveling all the more beautiful and interesting. I'm looking to travel to places i've never been before and would love to live like the locals do and meet an array of new people. I'm sure that every person has something to teach me and i'm happy to learn.
