Right now I am doing a gap year in Canada with a working holiday visa.
So why did I choose Canada? Actually I had never been to Canada before, but heard a lot of positive things about it from friends that had already visited the country. I like that you have these big cities like Toronto or Vancouver on the one hand, but pure nature at the countryside on the other hand. I'm really interested in the Canadian way of life and appreciate the kindness and lightheartedness of the people living here.
Why am I doing a gap year? I recently finished my Bachelor's in Business Administration and wanted to travel a bit before starting with my Master's. I love the feeling of freedom you have when you're traveling and also this uncertainty about what comes next. When you're traveling you make experiences you'd never ever make when staying at home and in your comfort zone. Meeting people around the globe is so exciting and broadens one's horizon enormously.

I really like that idea of a community that shares and also cares for each other (sharing is caring, right? :D). Couchsurfing can also make you feel home. I appreciate to see how locals are living and of course also making friends all around the world!

I'm more into series than movies. Series I watched are Stranger Things, Breaking Bad, How to get away with murder, O.C. California (yep, it's the best!), 13 reasons why, Black Mirror, Prison Break, Pretty little liars, Gossip Girl...
I also watch movies of quite all genres :) Unfortunately I'm just really bad at remembering names and details...

Music:
I enjoy electronic music and techno when going out, but the rest of the time I listen to all kind of stuff.
