My first experience overseas was at the age of 16 when I lived away from my family and home country for a year on a high school exchange to Australia. The best experience ever! Since then I have been bitten by the travel bug and visited many countries, studied and worked abroad. I very much enjoy meeting new people, getting to know other cultures and learn about life around the globe. Today, I am lucky enough to be travelling indefinitely as I am self-employed and run my business from my laptop. That's also why I unfortunately cannot accept any guests right now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy making local connections. Many places I decide to travel to I don't just touch for a day but I actually like to stick around a few weeks or months. I like to explore places deeper, make local friends and eat where locals do. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to make an initial introduction to a new place!
