About Me
Hey community! I'm Caro an Uruguayan travelling around Thailand.
I left my country and started to travel 4 years ago with the propuse to explore this beautiful world and the amazing different cultures around.
My first stop was New Zealand, when I arrived there in 2019 I felt in love with this amazing country so I spent all this time there.
For me the idea to put on my backpack and start a new trip means gift me the chance to connect with myself in different environment, connect with new people sharing memorables moments and creating great stories that we will keep them as a part of us, connect with new places and cultures. As you can see I really enjoy traveling haha. I'm a nature lover so I enjoy a lot being in natural environment as well, go to hike, do yoga and meditation, cook some vegan food while I share good chats with other travellers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm a part of this community cause for myself it's a good way to meet new people while we are sharing and learning about our cultures. Also, I'm interested to improve my English so is nice to have the chance to share time and experiences with different people, learn another language and teach mine.

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m a music and reading book lover! To be honest I like everything abut music, I enjoy spending time to listen the most of music genres like indie, reggae, rock, chill, electronic, tech house, funk, latin... For me always is a good moment to listen music and read a book. The books that I can read for more ones are "The four agreements", "Many lives, many masters" and "The monk who sold his Ferrari".
I'm not crazy about watch movies, but I really like to watch some documentaries. In my list are "A ocean plastic", "Conspiracy", "Garbage Warrior"...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Actually I'm feeling connected with everything about nature, sustentable tools and the idea to give back to the mother earth a bit of what we are receiving from her. I'm exploring about compost, permaculture, natural constructions and veggie gardens.
When I was spending my holidays in Uruguay a few months ago I was volunteering in a sustentable building project. I spent around 3 or 4 weeks in this amazing experience. That was so enrichment and brought me a huge consciousness about the life that I want to create for myself being friendlier to our world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to improve my English and Portuguese. I would like to learn another language. I feel very confidence to teach Spanish.
What I Can Share with Hosts
