I am an artist taking a year off to work as a live-in assistant in a Community where people with and without mental disabilities work together to create a home (this is why I cannot host anyone at the moment). I am very sociable and ease to get along with. I love to travel and have visited a lot of awesome places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the moment I´m looking for places to visit on my days away and also to have some rest. I also love to meet new people.

Interests

I love cats, biographies, coffee, long interesting conversations, trying new recipes and night walks. I also recently joined a dragon boat team that has been a wonderful experience.

Some of my favorite books are Lady Oracle (M. Atwood) and A River Called Time (Mia Couto). Movies: Fargo, The Eighth Day. Music: so many different things, but I do have a love for 80s music like Devo, Depeche Mode and Talkingheads

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one? I went to Kenya for two days to participate in a Festival in a small muslim island in the Indian Ocean called Lamu.
