Hi, my name is Carolina and I'm studying for a degree in Communication, Marketing and Advertising. As you'd expect, I love getting to know new places and new people. I surf and sing in my spare time and always carry a book in my backpack. My New Year's resolutions are always:
- Going to the gym more often (failed)
- Saving money (failed)
- Not adopting any more pets (failed)
- Do an Interrail (hopefully this year!!!!!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've really wanted to do an Interrail since 2020. For various reasons, such as the pandemic, this plan has had to be postponed, much to my regret. This year my boyfriend (Tiago, 23) and I bought the passes to embark on this adventure through Europe. We have many friends who have travelled around Europe and used CouchSurfing to meet people who lived in the cities they visited, and they said it really enriched the experience. So, we hope to find a "couch" in some cities, meet new people, listen to their stories and those of the towns where they grew up and, who knows, host the same people in our city :)
Besides, we've hosted people at our house for other scout initiatives and World Youth Day and we think it's great to share what we know about our city and recommend some really cool things.

I've always loved singing, so I took part in The Voice kids in Portugal in 2014.
