Costa Rican girl back in her hometown after living abroad, lover of nature, food, adventure, traveling, adrenaline, new cultures and just enjoying life. I’m a Pediatric Ocupational Therapist who’s very passionate about her work and learning, so everytime I travel is either to something related to it or to explore how Occupational Therapy is developed in other countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love exploring new places and cultures. With CS I can explore places like a local and also meet amazing people along the way, hopefully make lifelong relationships. I am so grateful for all the wonderful hosts and friend I’ve met so far.
I love hosting people too and giving advices for travelers to enjoy my country.

Things you need to know about me:
1. I don't enjoy drinking alcohol, I like to eat more than I like to drink. So if you're looking for a drinking partner, it won't be me.
2. I love to help people around me and build community.
4. I don't eat meat but I don't have a problem with people that eat it. And other than meat I absolutely LOVE to try new foods.
5. I don't like to dance but if you take me somewhere to dance, I'll enjoy joining you and watching you dance :)
6. I talk. A LOT. So feel free to tell me to stop talking at any time.
7. I LOVE animals, elderly people and babies/children.
8. In general, I like having good communication with people so this CS experience is good for everyone.

I would love to learn from you, know from you and what you are passionate about in this life. Your culture, your passions, views, different languages, cooking recipes, thoughts and whatever you’re into teaching me!
And I would love to share everything positive from me with you. I’m vegetarian, I can cook some Costarican dishes. I was also a basketball player so I can either teach you or play one on one (I love it). I love water: ocean, rivers, waterfalls, rain, pools, etc. I know how to surf (a little) and was an open water swimmer so I can show you to not be afraid of the ocean (:

Current mission: to step outside of my comfort zone to see and understand a new way, who knows what opportunities I'll get, what experiences I'll discover, what passions will start to boil in me and the most important, what amazing new people I'll meet who potentially could become some of the most important people in my life.
