About Me

* It’s written “maybe accepting guests” but actually it’s been really difficult to host in this period - the possibility of denying the request is big and I’m sorry! Still, it’s open if you want to try because we never know

* Please send me requests more close to the date (1 week before is enough) haha I usually don’t know which plans I will have for the next month, so I can’t promise anything and there is no point in writing me with anticipation

* I usually don’t accept people without references, just a matter of knowing who I’m bringing inside my house

*******
Hey everyone! I’m a student from Brazil that will be living in Italy for a while in a mix of studying abroad + traveling experience. Being here is the accomplishment of a dream that took a lot, so I’m literally ready and open to take the most of every minute - carpe diem has always been the philosophy, and here this is enhanced! I’m up to everything, to learn, to share, and to meet as many cool people I can on the way.

As a host: No, I’m not Italian! But after living here in Milan for a year so far I consider I can show you around a little bit of the city as a local.

As a traveler: Currently I’m going whenever life takes me (literally haha), really, there is no place in the world I wouldn’t consider as destination!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m someone passionated about people - the more, the best. So, I'm here to join the useful to the pleasant: being able to travel all around the world meanwhile I get the opportunity of connect myself with the most different kinds. Knowing I’m not the only one that thinks like this, I’m also here to find, hang out and receive (as far as I can) others that share this same life principle! People I met through couchsurfing proved to be the most amazing ones and that is why I want to keep connecting to them. They (you!!) never stop to amaze me with your stories, passions, ideas, ways to see life. From each one I learn something (to give an idea I have this notebook where I write down the lesson I learned from an individual if he/she marks me somehow and it is getting full!) and this for me is growing as a person.

Guys, if you want to stay with me, show that we could spend a good time together! I’m not going to insert here a secret word to make you prove me you read my profile or etc, but believe me, it is really easy to tell from the request if you are someone just looking for free accommodation in Milan!! If you’re here as my guest I will do my best to make your staying pleasant, I will share my time, my house, my food, even my friends haha, a little peace of my life with you, so make me see I really should do it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Joining the Couchsurfing community. Really!! It may seem ordinary but for me it was the biggest vote of confidence I ever gave and with the whole experience I’m learning a lot.

Teach, Learn, Share

I study chemical engineering, but I can’t imagine someone asking me to teach that during travels haha. I’m a food technician - which has nothing to do with being a professional cook but certainly has with being a food lover. I’m a food lover and spending a evening cooking and chilling with a cold beer for me is the best plan always (it’s something I always offer to my guests haha). If you come suggesting any recipe for us to try together you conquer my heart! I love to cook and trying new flavors and experimenting (that is why me cooking by my own can turn out terrible or delicious, same odds here, I tell you)

I hate routine! I don’t like closed schedules at all, doing always the same things. That is why I consider I have a broad range of interests and I’m always trying to learn something new - so whatever is your speciality I would love to hear more about it!! I study and I love engineering, but I have interest not only in the chemical one (for me multidisciplinarity is the word) and currently academically I’m also into management and marketing. I love art and since I was a child I draw, sketch and paint. Nowadays I’m into urban sketching and trying to learn more about that. I usually do traditional art but I also can do the digital one - using tablet and Photoshop and etc - it really doesn’t matter since the important thing is to find the best way to transmite your ideas, impressions, a little bit of who you are. I love the concept of creation, design, creativity!

I am also a languages person! I love to study them and I think it’s the most beautiful way to truly connect to people! Wish I could speak more of them, so let’s share different words!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, to start, my company haha - I will try my best to follow your rhythm and respect all your house rules! I can share a little bit of the cultures I know: the Brazilian, the Argentinian and the Japanese one (my origins).
Second, my cooking! I will do my best!
Third, as I love to draw, if we have time and if you also like it I can share a special personalized "thank you sketch" for our time together.
