I am a traveller. I come from Mexico, country which I love. I usually try new things whenever I can. Meeting people from all kind of backgrounds and cultures make me happy. I enjoy discovering new places and definitely I don't like routine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it is fun to meet people, and to know the culture of the places I visit :) Also because of the atmosphere that is created when many of us (couchsurfers) gather: a relaxing, interesting , spontaneous vibe. It´s nice to be around people who like to travel and with whom I can share time, experiences and even a place to sleep over.

Interests

My interests are as diverse as the weather and depend on the day of the week hahaha; It sounds weird but I am interested in almost anything that has a factor of novelty. I am into entrepreneurial subjects, sustainability, ancient civilizations and its history (but not the official fake one), beaches and watery places, sports, meditation, learning languages, alternative healing, colors and how they impact our lives, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I love Kareoke nights, even though I dont sing well, I sing almost every song I know (which are lots). Here in Mexico we have Mariachis and I enjoy them a lot! I like dancing also (from salsa music to pop music). I describe myself as a musical person because i like singing, dancing and if there is a musical instrument around, I will attempt to play it. One of my fav. songs is “Sing” by Travis.

Movies: As long as they are not too violent or too scary. Preferably comedies or international dramas. Lately, documentaries have captured my attention.

Books: I like to read books in which I can discover new things about me or about the reality we live in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I have climbed a sulfuric volcano (Ijen crater) in Indonesia ... I would not do it again.
- I did the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand (almost 10 hrs hike across an alpine volcanic landscape).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my scrambled eggs recipe for breakfast :) , I can share ideas, conversations and moments.
