ABOUT ME

I love traveling, meeting new people and know more about different cultures/way of life. I really like music and dance, so I will definitely be down for a dancing night or a alive concert!

Plus, as a journalist, I'm always interested in other languages and making plans to visit new places. I prefer to stay longer in a new place I am visiting than just a few days. I'm not interested in travel the world just to take pictures. I want to accumulate new experiences, have stories to talk about, make friends and connections, get to know the country from the perspective of the people.

In may 2016, I started my big trip so far. One month in Chapada Diamantina, three months in South America and 4 in India. Then, South East Asia and Europe. In total, it was 1 year and 6 months traveling by myself. In 2017, I got the Work Holiday Visa to New Zealand and here I am.

I can describe myself as an easy and open-minded person. I love doing simple things, as go to a beach, a coffee place or go to the cinema. What I love about Couchsurf is the possibility to know more how local people live their lives. The local restaurant, the traditions, the music, the food etc.

I think we are all connected, so we have always new things to learn and exchange. That is a kind of life philosophy: be happy is being authentic with all we believe!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love meet new people, listen to new experience and stories. I've host some couchsurfers at my place, and they were wonderful people. Also, I'm not interest in the typical tourism and Couchsurfing is a amazing way to discover and be part/closed the new places, culture and people.

Intereses

I love having people around me, either my friends as news ones. So love hang out to dance or just to talk. Also, yoga, a beautiful sunny day (as too a rainy day to relax), read, nature, hiking, trekking, camping, dogs, cats (and animals in general)... I'm always willing to do anything interesting, specially the goods ideas!
