ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Carolina. I love know new places, new cultures and new flavors. I'm gastronomy teacher in Brazil, I'm Master in Food History and now I do a PHD in Food Heritage in Coimbra University in Portugal. I'm studying the Portuguese cuisine outside Portugal (Paris Region and New York). How this places are very expensive, and I don't have scholarship, I looking for some people can help me to do this research receiving me at his house in the Paris region.
