I am 37 years old, I am from Spain and I am studying to be raw chef. I have been working last 3 years in London in different plant food based restaurant and the last months in the first vegan cafe in Qatar.

My life revolves around three concepts:

Learn - In this moment I am starting to study Fashion design and I am going to finish my studies about raw food this year.

Move - The last 10 years I have been living in Madrid and Tenerife but I have been working in A Coruña, Barcelona, London and Qatar.

Eat - My passion. Think, feel and discover.

I am vegan and 60% raw. I can say that this kind of diet changed my live. For me, one of the most important thing in my life is the food, the relationship we establish with it and the respect that I feel for that and everything that is related, from which it is produced until it reaches your table.

The last 7 years I have been working in my personal project about artistic and creative education (Cultura Visual), producing training events and quality cultural program for people eager to learn, share knowledge and experiences, to relate, to play and ultimately, to grow and develop as human beings and my small hotel in my island (Tenerife - Canary Islands)
