Hi! I am Caroline, a French girl of 21. After quite a while studying I decided to do something more concrete and worked in a hotel for a few months. I am now beginning a trip across Europe. This trip is a mix between visiting some places and doing some helpx. It is always a pleasure to meet new people, discover them and have the chance to share a little bit of their daily lives.
One of the things I really like in life is food and especially sharing some great times with people around a good meal or cake. I'm pretty obsessed with cakes, especially when it involves chocolate and I will be more than happy to share this love!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I can listen to almost any kind of music, but I really love folk music. I am kind of a binge-listener. When I really like a song I can become a little bit obsessed!
As for the movies, I don't like scary movies and guns movies with no real story and aim. But I'm quite open-minded as long as it does not deal with planets and space. The Truman Show is a movie that I really really love.
One of my favorite book is The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. I also love Khaled Hosseini's books A Thousand Splendid Suns and The Kite Runner. I like reading novels.

I was just walking in the countryside when I met this old man. He was walking on his own when he stopped and gave me a four-leaf clover that he just found. We didn't talk much but it was a moment of kindness and sharing.
