About Me

I’m passionate about travelling & making new friends wherever I go.
The friends I’ve made on my travels so far have really added to the experience of the countries I’ve visited & wouldn’t have been the same without them.

I’m big into nature, hiking, sharks & horses.
I also have a keen interest in conservation & environmental issues.

I’m easy going, friendly & always up for an adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people from all walks of life, doesn't matter who we are it's about mutual respect, understanding, openness. It'd be great to make a bunch of new friends from all over and experience a country through the locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2015 I did my first ever solo trip abroad , I hiked the Trolltunga in Norway which took 12 hrs in total, the trip was a real learning curve which pushed me mentally and physically but was an amazing experience & Norway is beautiful.

2017 I and a friend hiked Mount Toubkal in Morocco which is the highest mountain in North Africa, it was very hard work but a great experience, we travelled around Morocco for 3 weeks mostly couchsurfing which was my first introduction and I loved it, met so many great people.

2018 I spent a month in South Africa were I got to cage dive with Great White sharks which was a dream as I’m passionate about their conservation & telling others all about them. I made so many new couchsurfing friends and partied a lot.

2019 I quit my job & moved to Sri Lanka for 6 months to volunteer as an English teacher.
It was the best decision I’ve ever made, my students were fantastic I made some great friends and saw so many beautiful places. Sri Lanka will always be a home for me.

2020 currently I’m back in the UK earning some money before I venture off again, either as a volunteer again or if the right paid Tefl job comes a long I’ll go with that.

These are some of the highlights of places I’ve been and hopefully they’ll be plenty more to come.
