I'm currently studying Biology at McGill in Montreal, Canada, but grew up in Toronto. I love the arts, and you can often find me wandering to a pop-up art exhibit or live music show.

Four years ago, I started going to spoken word poetry slams and it became a really important part of my life. I love poetry slams because people get on stage and speak their truths, and the people in the room can just be real with each other. In general, I feel like it's important to be present and to see the humanity in everyone we meet. One of my favourite things to do is to just sit down with people and talk about their lives and what shaped them into the person they are. I know that everyone has a story, and hearing those stories is so worthwhile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel the world and to meet incredible people along the way. When I look back on life, it's always the people I've met, talked to, and gotten to know that make moments memorable.
