About Me

Setting forth in the universe!

I've always loved to travel. The experience of being far from comfort and facing the unknown is magical. And meeting people around the world has been the most amazing gift.

I live in Porto Alegre, in the south of Brazil, and spent 36 days around Chile a few months ago. In July, I'm going to a 3-month trip around Europe. Hopefully, I'll never stop traveling.

My apartment back home is a 1 bedroom, but the couch is pretty comfortable (I sleep there myself a few times when I'm too lazy to get to bed!). I really enjoy hosting, even though I've started only recently with a few local friends and some foreign dear ones that spent a couple of days in Porto Alegre.

I may host people in my house until july, from then on I'll probably be more of a guest around the world. For now, I don't have any special recommendations or demands, just hope to spend some time around nice people and help whoever I can whenever it's possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To enjoy places with a local feeling, and getting to know other people a bit closer!

Interests

Music, dance, arts, writing, movies, drinking with friends and partying sometimes, and also listening to other people's stories

Music, Movies, and Books

I've been to 4 Paul McCartney and 4 Pearl Jam concerts. Love Lollapalooza. Prefer classic/grunge/indie rock but also enjoy really pop music, jazz, blues and, a few times, electronic music. I believe music depends on the context and mood you're in.

My favorite series is How I Met Your Mother, and movie/book probably is Into the Wild.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A 36 trip around Chile, from Easter Island to Atacama Desert, Patagonia and the End of the World

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm in love with meditation and yoga, but I'm still a beginner. Yet, I could spend some time around this... I can teach some portuguese or spanish, and give some advice based on my previous experience in marketing and management

What I Can Share with Hosts

I try to be the best guest possible, helping out when needed and spending time when possible

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Belgium, Chile, France, Paraguay, Scotland, Spain, United States, Uruguay
