I've quit my job and I'm traveling for a year, hopefully way longer than that !
I'm French but I've been living in Egypt since 2011. And not in a closed expat community.
My idea is more or less to follow the Rockies and then the Andes from North to South ... can't really explain why 🐾

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm travelling for a year, hopefully more,
so I need
cheap accommodation
and
the warm feeling of recieving hospitality from strangers 😊
and
the warm feeling of sharing a bit of life even if we never meet again !
And being with locals is always a better point of entry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the mass sexual assaults during protests in Egypt in 2013, I joined the intervention teams of OpAntiSH, one of the self organized groups that were going in to get the women out and take them to a safe place. I was part of a team on the ground (meaning in the crowd to get the woman out), in my team we were 12.
