I'm a 22 years old Brazilian living in Switzerland
As my educacional background suggests, I try to be as open-minded and laid back as possible, so all in all, I'm usually a very easy going person and as long as I have a roof over my head, I can sleep like a log.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I'm in Europe, I thought it would be nice to go and see different places from a local's perspective and make new friends at the same time - which is why I created a CS account.

Interests

As you probably have guessed by my field of study, I'm keen on different cultures, languages and History.

Nevertheless, I am also a big fan of cats, winter (snow <3), literature and cinema.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite films include Back to the Future and A woman is a woman.
Though I'm very fond of Godard, Tarantino, Woody Allen, sometimes all I want is a good laugh so White Chicks it is.

Regarding music, I'm into almost everything, it depends mostly on the occasion. If I'm at a party I'll dance to Katy Perry and if I'm home I'll probably be listening to The Smiths. It also includes: Neil Young, Dire Straits, MGMT, Rolling Stones, Kinks, The Animals, Gainsbourg, Arctic Monkeys, Beck, The White Stripes, Beirut, The Knife, Placebo, ABBA, Kooks (....)

When it comes to books, some of my favourites authors include: Edgar Allan Poe, Alexander Dumas, Machado de Assis, Bukowski, Carlos Drummond de Andrade, Fernando Pessoa, PD James, Hemingway, Jane Austen and so on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a 30 days interail by myself when i was 20 years old. At first i wouldn't sleep afraid of being stolen or missing the right station but after a few weeks the train felt like home :)
