I am quite conversational in French and can read even better; writing is very very rusty. Being from California I grew up with a basic spanish proficiency. Translated some Cicero, Catullus, and Sappho (not very well) in undergrad. Now I am trying to learn Icelandic and navigate the old sagas.

I am a very social person and can very often be found dancing, cooking, and engaged in deep conversation with the people around me. I have beautiful friends. Unfortunately not in a position to host, but I love opening my home to people.

I firmly believe that the world is just big enough.
