Hello! My name is Caroline and I'm new to couchsurfing.
First and foremost, you should know that I'm silly, carefree, relaxed and that I'm not a dramatic person and not aggressive basically ever. It takes a whole load to upset me. I'm pretty adventurous, chatty, and motherly in many ways. I like when everyone is having a good time and I'm the type to go out of my way to problem solve. I love to cook, so hopefully you like to eat. It'll be vegan, but I'm sure it'll make you smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm moving from Boston, MA to Portland, OR soon and I realized that instead of staying at hotels or at rest stops, I could make connections with new people. It's so easy to shut ourselves in and stay in the quiet of a hotel, but I feel like people used to rely on one another more. So let's do this! I want to meet you! (:

Interests

If you want to go out, I'm also down to be out and about meeting people, though I can be into some relaxation. Kicking back to watch something that makes me feel a little funny like some David Lynch is always killer. I love to sing and I play the ukelele. I think that anyone who plays music would be really fun to hang with.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music of all types, Lately I'm particularly really fuzzy psychedelic stuff like Thee Oh Sees, Sleep, and Electric Wizard, but I can really get down with anything. Missy Elliott, Bob Dylan and Tom Waits are also big favorites.

My favorite television program is Twin Peaks, but I also dig 30 Rock and Parks and Rec.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I cook delicious vegan food and I love good conversation. I clean up like a nobody's business. And I will make you laugh. <3
