Hi, my name is Caroline or shortly Caro 😄, I am 19 years old and my dream has always been to travel for a longer time before going into studies. I started my life time adventure more than a year ago in China, then went to South Korea and after that I've been travelling and working around Australia for a year. I couldn't made any better decision. Currently I am back home in Germany, missing Aussie a lot.
I would describe myself as open-minded, easy-going, adventurous, flexibel and spontanious.
I am looking forward to meet new people.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Before I start travelling I heard about Couchsurfing and people told me about their lovely experiences. Since then I had the idea to give it a try as well. Isn't it great to share each other thoughts, travelling and life stories and to make the world a bit of a better place? 😊

兴趣

Travelling is one of my faves. It is more than just bumping into another country. It gives you the chance to get to know countries diversities either in their people and their way of living or natures beauties. And that is what makes me so enthusiastic about it. In school time I already did some exchanges in France, England and China and was impressed !! Therefore my interest for understanding other countries has always been there. Enriching yourself with other cultures, is in my opinion one of the best life experiences you can have. Of course, I keep those adventures in memory by taking pictures and videos with my camera which is one of my hobbies too. So if you are interested I would love to show you some of my travels😊

Sports and musics belong to my faves too. I am playing the piano since 5 years, am singing since I am 8 and started to work out my guitar skills during my travels. Other than that I love to sing. So you can mabye call me a musician type 😀
At home I used to do sailing either with 420, Laisers or bigger boats and I played soccer for 5 years, did karate for 4 years, badminton since I am 9 and dancing.
And since I went to Australia I love to go surfing and wakeboarding😍 .Whereelse it is better than at those beautiful beaches!! 🏄🏼‍♀️

I actually play and listen to every kind of music either Pop or Classic, Rap, Techno or House. It all has their uniqueness.

There are a lot of I things I could tell you about but if I need to choose I would select the sailing trips I did ⛵ During the sailing you feel like you would fly and laying down on the boat by night and watching the (shooting)stars makes you speechless.

Culture exchange is really important. It makes people understand about other ways of living, tradition and habits. And thats one of my goals while travelling. Giving people some goodies from my country either in teaching you a bit German or German cooking if you like 🙂 I would love to practice my English languange skills too.
