ABOUT ME

I was born in Ghana, moved to Nigeria when I was 7 where we lived till I was 16. I went to boarding school in England. Spent my youth travelling so if I'm in one place too long I get "itchy feet"! :)
I'm Italian citizen through marriage but by birth I'm a KIWI.
I'm a happy, sociable, open minded person, love meeting new people from all over the world!

PHILOSOPHY

my personal philosophy is "do as you would be done by" because I am convinced that "all we need is love". I like to live my life helping anyone in need, as I'm sure everyone has a good side to them but life 's experiences often make people suspicious and hard hearted. so I feel actions speak louder than words. if you show love and kindness,it can help make this world a better place!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only just logged in but have hosted many couch surfers during 2010 as my youngest daughter is already a member.
I love this idea and greatly enjoyed all the youngsters we hosted so I decided to give it a go!
its the technological modern way of travelling: In my youth it was hitchhiking and being hosted by friends of friends of friends!!! :)

兴趣

I love to travel as my youth was spent between England, Italy and Africa..
I love reading, and if I find the right book can stay up all night reading.
As for my job, I just love it,as I love to be able to massage people and just with the touch, transmit love, and serenity to them, I'm an excellent listner and where possible, through my own experience, can help give them advice on how to better their lives.
I love nature, be it the sea, woods, mountains, the countryside. so when I can, I go on various excursions.
I also love music (listening not playing!)I begin my day with mantras at breakfast then if I'm not working I listen to almost anything, but prefer music grom my generation 60's to 80'.

to teach the importance of trust, universal love, friendship, I could do Reiki treatments or show various massage or"Rebirthing" ( a therapeutical breathing technique)or talk about my experience at the school of Naturopathy I did which was on an emotional basis. and am always open to learning from other peoples experiences.
I'm a great listener. :)
