ABOUT ME

Hellooo! Where to start. I am half French, half Korean, born and raised in Hong Kong, an absolutely amazing city. I am currently a student at McGill University in Montreal, major in International Management and minor in Political Economy. I moved to Canada in September 2010 from Hong Kong, first time in North America and I'm already hooked to the blue sky and the outdoors here.

I am addicted to languages, traveling and eating. I love learning new silly facts everyday and meeting new people and learning from each and every personality and culture I come across. My new bible is my cookbook, I have somewhat hibernated and cooked/baked amazing meals as a way to deal with my first real winter. I love tasting new dishes whenever I get the chance to (I'm the weirdo who will pick the most bizarre looking dish on the menu).

I plan to couchsurf/backpack for a year or two after my studies and literally travel the world. I love people and culture, and hope to learn as many languages as possible during those two years.

I also love sharks, I find them the most fascinating creatures on this planet and I am above all unbelievably eager to dive with whale sharks in the near future. I'm pretty much open to any activity involving high doses of adrenaline.

I live to learn. I believe there is somehow a positive side to every unfortunate experience, and that we learn from any past mistakes and all previous experiences.

I believe that couchsurfing gives everyone of us the opportunity to meet some amazing people, discover a country and a culture all at once. It really is a fantastic concept that will really help change the world today, and people along the way.

I heard about Couchsurfing through friends who made it sound absolutely amazing, hence why I am here today.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I really enjoy anything that has a twist to it. My favorite book by far has been House Rules by Jodie Picoult, and my favorite movies are numerous but Beyond Borders, Shutter Island and The Prestige top the list.
I am also a big fan of old cartoons, and the biggest documentary and national geographic geek you will ever meet.

I love every type of music, and am always open to discovering new artists and tracks
