About Me
CURRENT MISSION
If you never did you should. These things are fun and fun is good." âÃâ¬Ãâ Dr. Seuss
ABOUT ME
More than quiet or laid back I'm adaptable, and try to be positive. Very few things in life I haven't or wouldn't try, and don't really meet people who I don't get along with. I first came to DC for graduate school from Guadalajara after six years there and stayed for a job as a tenant organizer. I've been described as a cultural question mark and as a gringa ranchera. I am down for anything, really. Movies, cooking, taking walks, going running, clubing, for coffee, playing apples to apples, or anything new...
PHILOSOPHY
anything goes. life is short. don't worry, be happy. There's really something to be said for all those old clichés.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would love to host when I can. I've been in the DC area for close to three years and love to show off the places I've gotten to know and learned to love.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I used to host pretty frequently, have surfed a few times and met a ton of awesome people.
Interests
I love traveling; getting to know people and places and loosing myself in the world around me; I love a first cup of coffee in the morning somewhere new. Biking and running on nice days, cooking, beaches, animals, bonfires, apple picking, sledding, new things..
