Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Caroline. I've spent the better part of the last 10 years floating around Europe trying to take in as much information and culture as I possibly can. Growing up in Colorado I always dreamed of exploring other parts of the world. In 2012 I moved to Dublin, Ireland to study business where I ended up living for a total of 6 years. When my visas were no longer valid, I began to backpack around Europe Starting in Cyprus and working my way around the Balkans.
I have a TEFL certification that I am traveling to use in SEA this coming winter. The majority of my time spent in Europe has been rewarding because of the people I meet along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For the better part of 2018, I hitchhiked the Balkans with a friend from Dublin. In the summer of 2019, we spent studying in Poland for our TEFL certificates. Now that the global pandemic is over, I have decided to travel again. One of the greatest gifts has been the people I have met along the way. Couchsurfing had been an incredible experience and provided me with many of these introductions.
Interests
There is so much more to offer the world than just a basic introduction. I am interested in all things creative, intellectual, and cultural. I will literally try anything once and absolutely love to see the world for what it is.
