I am down-to-earth and peaceful; I am very loving, a caregiver by nature. I enjoy skiing, cycling, camping, kayaking, etc. Pretty much any outdoorsy activity. I enjoy learning new things and appreciate when people have skills or passions to share. I love spending time with all types of people, children and animals.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am on couchsurfing to meet new friends, open my heart and home to fellow travelers. I am on couchsurfing to travel freely - as I donate most of my time, I don't have much money and cut corners wherever I can on travel expenses... not to mention it is the best of both worlds - cheap lodging and deep friends :-D

Bob Marley. The Beatles. The Doors. Classic Rock. Jazz. Drums. ...I pretty much enjoy anything that has a nice feel and/or touching lyrics. But honestly, music is not a part of my soul like it is for most people - I prefer the sounds of silence or nature

Comedic movies. Feel-good movies. Movies that make you think. I watch a lot of documentaries. Modern Family and Arrested Development are both awesome, Friends, Parks N Rec and The Office are my all time favorites.

I enjoy reading but I never seem to have the time. I'm always trying to get out and experience things. I’m trying to make more time to write and draw more. I keep a travel journal, that I will most likely make you sign :)

Nothing makes me feel better than to put a smile on someone else' face. I love to cook and I am thrilled to cook for my hosts and guests. Speaking of being a guest - not only do I clean up after myself but prefer to help out with some light chores (leave out a broom or vacuum- your floors will get cleaned... yes, I’m serious). Also expect your ice cube trays to be full when I leave :) I enjoy people of all ages and backgrounds. I am eager to learn more about anything and everything.
