About Me
I created this account a few years ago when I was in South America but never used it in the end.
I am travelling again because I love making new friends and learning new things.
I am a web developer by trade and I love my job but my passions revolve more around things like music (live and electronic), ethical living + anything to do with science/nature and also I love animals.
I like to drink + chat + dance but I also like trying to be wholesome and healthy during the week, cooking nice meals and when I have my bike I cycle everywhere.
I am very respectful and considerate. I was couch surfing with friends in London a month before coming to Spain and I always make sure if I'm not chatting or hanging out with people they wouldn't know I was there because I always clean up after myself and I'm also happy to help with other chores as a way of saying thanks for having me (also I kind of enjoy cleaning)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Now I'm about to travel to Spain, to learn Spanish and obviously enjoy the other frills that come with travelling. If anyone is willing to put up with my poor Spanish and/or advise me on good places to go / ways to learn that would be awesome :)
I have my own very comfortable sleeping matte and even a small tent if anyone has space in their garden!

Music, Movies, and Books
I can't pick favourites!
I have an over excitedly sporadic taste in music. I love jazz fusion, trip hop, reggea, funk, soul, latin rythms, breakbeat, jungle and I will always have a place in my heart for the hardcore punk and metal I listened to in my teens :)
I love super gripping heart wrenching movies. My first favourite movie was The Green Mile and my most recent favourite movie is Hackshaw Ridge.
I don't read as much as I would like but I love well written educational or non fiction novels.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching people about the basic principles of programming.
I love having a jam if there is a drum kit or hand drum lying about!
Sharing music if we like the same genres, or trying to win people over if not!
Spanish/English language exchange
Would love to learn any new instrument or way of making/playing with music.
Anything practical really!
Also of course exchanging stories/knowledge about the history of our home countries
What I Can Share with Hosts
