ABOUT US
In May 2019, I quit my job to travel the world with my boyfriend Michael until June 2020. We are a fun-loving, outgoing, positive and suuuuuper cool couple :D

We both love doing sports, being with friends and diving into new cultures. In September, we stayed a month at a language school in Colombia to learn Spanish. On our travels, we constantly aim to improve our Spanish further, because travelling South America is much more valuable when speaking the local language and being able to get the know the people and their culture!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, I have only couchsurfed twice - and LOVED it! So I definitely want to surf more couches and experience new places as a traveller and not as a tourist. I have already hosted people from Australia, Germany and France while I was living in the Netherlands and don‘t want to miss the great experiences made!

Interesses

Sports, (crossfit, fitness, any basically anything that is exhausting and makes my heart bump faster :-)

Hiking - hiked in 35 days from Germany to Italy and hiked the Peaks of the Balkans Trail in Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo

Drinking delicious (craft) beers in various bars around the world

Currently read at least 2 books about each country we are visiting. Last ones (as preparation für Colombia) were: ‚The open veins of Latin America‘ and ‚Killing Pablo‘

Lived in Australia, South Korea, Canada and the Netherlands. Skydived twice. Most recent: Quit my job to travel and explore the world with my boyfriend

Happy to teach German and/or English, super keen on improving our Spanish. Very happy to i.e. help with social projects you are supporting during our stay
