Hi, I'm Carol! I'm originally from Barcelona but I've lived in London for more than a decade. Now I'm embarking on 3 months-trip starting in LA and Mexico. I'm a sociable, easygoing, respectful and eager to learn new things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet and share with locals and hopefully make new friends! I've always done it on an informal level or through friends of friends, but I'm starting a 3-months trip now and I thought it would be a great opportunity to join this amazing community.

I try to read as much as possible, both articles on current affairs or essays on different topics( such as art, feminism or digital age) and fiction (mainly novels).

My music taste goes from indie rock or latin music to minimal techno, so you can take me out anywhere 😊

I love documentaries and series (among favourite ones are Breaking Bad, The Handmaid's Tale, Fleabag, 10%, The Simpsons) and I'm always up for watching a crazy/funny/drama film.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Take a career break to spend quality time with my loved ones (and to travel, of course).

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak Spanish, English and Catalan fluently, so I'm more than happy if you want to practice any of those languages with me. Also I've lived in 3 countries and I've done quite a lot of travelling, so maybe I can help you deciding where to go next :)
