Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started with hosting and later began meeting up with surfers in other cities. Couchsurfing has introduced me to Ghanaian engagement ceremonies, beer tastings in Belgium, LA salsa socials, and walks on the ocean floor in the Bay of Fundy.

Interests

Big fan of nature and hiking, and I like to try dance classes in cities I visit - particularly contemporary and modern. Also love latin dance socials: salsa, bachata, and kizomba are my favourites.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to - and like to sing - just about anything with a good beat and melody. I used to be okay at beat-boxing. I enjoy sitcoms, podcasts and reading fiction. Also a bit of a news junkie who is happy to discuss current events.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to cook and am always happy to make a meal for my host. Was once a vegetarian before I started travelling, so happy to cook for any dietary restrictions. I also have many travel anecdotes to share and would love to hear yours!
