About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Embrace the world with a gentle smile and search for all these hidden things that make your heart laugh

ABOUT ME

I like chimney fire, old castles and rustic places. I love wind. I like to feel its power and I like the feeling of being alive. Also I like trees, powerful and strong or graceful and slim. I like to be in nature, hiking and taking photos. And I like sheep!
And interesting people :D

I grew up in the beautiful town of Luebeck, which lies at the rough and stormy sea and moved back to it after finishing university. Now I live in the heart of its mediaval pittoresque centre and keep smiling every time I enjoy the fantastic view to the roofs and churches out of my window.

Since summer 2015 I am graduated teacher for primery school and work at the same school I was once pupil -next to my former class teacher ;-)

I am very relaxed and love to watch other people (in their hecticness ;-))
What I also like are balmy summer nights! Then I can walk around for hours or just stand at the open window and enjoy to be.
My favorite season is autumn, especially when it's still warm, but the trees becoming colored and mushrooms spring up :)
But I hate ants ;)

However I love travelling! It's one of the best things I can imagine. I love to see interesting places and to plan trips and of course I like to meet interesting people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will offer you a sleeping accommodation if you want to meet new people and don't want to stay in hotels which can be really expensive. You are welcome...

I would be happy myself if I could stay at the home of local people when I am traveling :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I came in touch with couchsurfing on a trip to Paris together with my sister. We had a great week and met really nice people and got to know a bit of true Parisian life. And I had the chance to talk in French a lot, which was fantastic, because I love the french language.

When I had a trip to Spain as part of my studies I travelled to Gibraltar and Morocco afterwards, where I met nice people, who hosted me :)

In summer 2013 I travelles by train trough Russia and met so many nice people who hosted me. Thank you very much!!

That’s what I like very much on couchsurfing, to have the possibility to come in touch with interesting people and other languages…
