I prioritize people with barriers to travel especially nonbinary folks, queer women.
I also prioritize people who may be Indigenous themselves or who have researched Indigenous peoples living in so-called Canada, and the history of these community before coming and has a plan to learn more about supporting Indigenous peoples, especially BIPOC folks.
If you are a white male and your entry to Canada is easy (or you’re already Canadian, or your endeavour to get a Canadian visitor’s visa has been straight-forward or simple), please write a mindful request and specify the community work you do.
I would prefer not to host people who are dogmatic in supporting autocratic regimes or countries complicit in genocide (including those who are dogmatic in their support in the name of ‘anti-imperialism’).
I love to dance, travel and, meanwhile, meet great people :)
I am somebody to say I learn something new and exciting everyday.
hometown, Hong Kong -- a city within the Pearl River Delta. Love connecting with people of all ages, including supporting monolingual seniors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spending one day at Voice For the Voiceless Camp by the Xwisten River was very inspirational. I was fortunate to visit and speak with Christine Jack and her family about the importance of the camp as a site of both resistance against harmful logging practices and also a site of healing through land reoccupation. Witnessing the water stewardship of the St'at'imc people, I thank the few people of St'at'imc ancestry I had met, for allowing me to be on their territory.
