About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To dance!

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty friendly, outgoing person. I try to go the extra mile for my friends and family. I'm a passionate person and will invest my time into activities that capture my attention. I cannot wait for the next social event and the chance to spend time with my friends.

PHILOSOPHY

I love humankind. I really believe in treating all people, regardless of background, with respect and dignity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to meet new people and show them around Saskatoon. I'm a huge fan of live music, especially blues and jazz. I dance as many nights per week as possible and I can find dances in lindy hop, west coast swing, blues, salsa, and ballroom!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some amazing couch surfers, their openess and experiences of the world has really opened my eyes to the possibilites that are out there.

Interests

I love to dance and spend a lot of time doing it! I also like meeting new people and having new experiences. I like to try new things and to get to know people on a meaningful level. I'm also a fan of ultimate and soccer, and during the summer I'm out on the pitch a couple nights a week.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love board games, Settlers and Munchkin top my list. I'm an avid reader, currently working through a lot of fantasy and sci-fi books. I like dark comedies for movies and some indie bands for music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to be awestruck.... I find that I'm more excited to try new things. Travelling to BA was probably the coolest and most outlandish thing I've ever done. I basically got a passport and a plane ticket, the rest was just amazing. I liked not being much of a typical tourist and taking time to live in the city.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to dance, I can teach you how to jitterbug, blues, tango, and west coast swing! I can follow most other types of partner dancing. I'd love to learn more solo dancing, especially, jazz, liquid, and popping.
