ABOUT ME

Currently: I am living in Boulder Colorado, just finished a master's degree in environmental leadership, and now working for a bad ass company to help young people understand and utilize their strengths.

Generally: I am interested in environmental sustainability, and I think the ecovillages are the best solution I've found to a happy and sustainable life. I would rather play a board game than watch a movie. I'm all about the local stuff. Would rather exchange something other than money because I like the genuine feeling of giving and receiving better than the abstraction of currency.

The happiest time of my life so far was a month in Florence learning wine tasting and oil painting, and then backpacking on my own for two weeks. I love deep conversation with interesting people. I like coffee shops (who doesn't?). I enjoy night life and rising early, though they don't mesh well.
Update: I was probably just as happy the summer of 2014 living at Sirius Community and Ecovillage in Western MA. I lived close to AMAZING people. Got to work in the garden, make and eat fresh food, be around music making, and experience working and living in community.

I am teaching myself the Ukulele! I can scratch through a few songs. I would love to learn more, would be happy to play my few songs for you, and can teach you some basic chords.

I like to cook and bake (can do vegan & gluten free pretty well, though I personally eat flexibly)
I usually travel with my Ukulele (i'm still very new at it, but can teach you a song or two real quick)
I can talk about living in an ecovillage and intentional community.
