Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My travel friend introduced me to join the CS community and started couch-surfing under his name, which turned out to be great experiences. Later I did a lot of couch-surfing and hosting myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a lot of couches all over the world, met amazingly nice people with full of energy. Couchsurfing is always the best way to get connected to local people and regardless of the availability of couches, I always try to meet up with locals through couchsurfing website. Hosting experiences are like traveling by staying home; which gave me a lot of insights and brought different cultures that I would not have known otherwise.

What I like to do: reading, writing, walking, dancing, cooking, talking, listening to music, singing, tea ceremony, exploring new places, and traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Shawshank Redemption
Music: Alicia Keys, Usher, Ne-yo, Rihanna, Beyonce, Hikaru Utada etc. Middle-eastern music and Indian music (both classical and pop). Classical music (Bach, Chopin, and others).
Books: Novels, non-fiction, biography, etc. too many to mention here..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling around the world, being hosted and hosting people from different countries, and last but not the least, getting married to the best travel mate who introduced me to the CS community!!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach Japanese language and some Japanese dishes. I also know basic massage and stretching exercises for healing body.
Learn: History, culture, and new recipes!
Share: Travel stories and experiences. Different insights. Ideas about how we can make the world a better place to live.
