Okay. Let's first start with the facts.
I'm 27 years old, work in public service and living in my own apartment close to Stuttgart.

My spare time needs to be splitted between sports, friends/ boyfriend and balcony/ apartment.
Luckily a lot of sports is possible to do on the way to or at work. So I try to take the bike as often as possible (not only for my personal fitness but also for the environment), go running or swimming or playing soccer and beach volleyball with my colleagues. But for this is not enough and for I sometimes need to meet other people than my colleagues I go to a sports club to do Taekwondo. For about 20 years now I am learning and teaching and this is probably one of little things I'm really proud of.

Friends and family are very important for me. Trying to meet and keep contact to all of them often is at the expense of myself. Before missing an opportunity to meet someone I first try to change my schedule. This makes my life a little bit too fast and I'm often on a hurry.
For this travelling is very important to me. There I can live how I should live my daily life. Doing less but more intense. It makes me calm down and relax.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet local people who can tell me something about their place or city. Who make an impersonal and maybe confusing place feeling like a home. Who may be can show or tell me abour their places and sights. So I can see through their eyes and on this way get to know them. I love get to know new people and am interested in different stiles of living and ways of thinking.

My best experience though was close to Frankfurt where I passed by with a friend of mine. We met very friendly and interesting people with whom we spend some time in their garden having great conversations in a familiar atmosphere.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmm. I would say I'm a good teacher but there's not a lot I can teach beside Taekwondo :-).
What I want to learn...?! To live life more intense and slow down a little. Can you teach me how...?!

What I Can Share with Hosts

When someone is visiting me I try to pick them at the station, have time for them and show them my places in Stuttgart. So there is this one "Carrygold-Tourist-Tour" I take everyone to and I always love myself doing this tour again and again and again.
