I love to be outside and explore new places. I grew up in Seattle and have called Washington home for most of my life. I love hiking in the mountains and swimming in lakes.

Some activities I enjoy include baking, cooking, sewing, drawing, and generally being creative. Evenings spent with close friends are my favorite or reading a really good book in a comfy chair.

I come from a tiny family, but I have friends that make it seem much bigger.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of not being a consumer all the time. If we can share our living spaces, meet new people, and discover things we never would have by staying in a hotel -- I am ALL FOR IT!

I got scuba dive certified in a small island (Roatan) near Honduras and saw large sea turtles, eels and octopi!
