After six weeks in Costa Rica and Guatemala, the last place with take our backpacks before the cold Denmark is muy caliente Mexico City. We’re here between March 23rd and 28th and would love to meet locals and experience this big city through the eyes of its residents. We would also appreciate crashing on a local’s couch as well.

We are friendly, cleanly and respectful.

We’re passionate about exploring cultural events that bring people together and reflect local traditions and creativity. We care deeply about the environment and appreciate sustainable practices that protect the places we visit. Most of my interests involve culture; I'm a big fan of all kinds of audio-visual media, especially cinema. I think the art of cinema has a lot to offer all of us, who are willing to pay attention to the feelings and messages it brings in all of its varieties. 🎬🍿

As a sociologist major I’m deeply interested in culture, lifestyles and everyday life. In my thesis I took a deep dive into the interactions and rhythms of bicycle culture in Copenhagen. 🚲🌆

When I was 20, I backpacked through 🇦🇷 🇺🇾🇨🇱🇧🇴🇵🇪🇪🇨🇨🇴

I surfed a good amount of couches in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Lima, and Bogota among others (see my references). 🏄‍♂️🛋️

To be invited into the homes of now friends had an incredible impact on my journey and my perspective on the different cultures of South America which truly has a special place in my heart. ❤️

As a host, you can expect a tolerant and nice couchsurfer. I'm sanitary and clean up after myself. At home I cook everyday so it won't be a problem for me to make dinner. I have cooked for hosts before to introduce them to dishes I like.
