Those who know me well seem to value my ability to listen; I love learning new things and hearing stories and listening to someone tell me something I've never heard of before. The times when I feel the most social are when I'm having a long one-on-one conversation or when I'm chatting with a small group.

Interests

As an English/Spanish double major interested in literature, I'm reading almost constantly, but I've recently developed an interest in foreign films. I also have a enduring love for horseback riding and skiing. I love various other outdoor activities, such as hiking and biking.
I hope to learn more languages as I continue my travels.

Como una estudiante de literatura en inglés y español, leo casi constantemente, pero también he desarrollado un interés en películas extranjeras. También disfruto actividades como montar caballos y esquiar. Me encanta otras actividades al aire libre, como tomando caminatas y montando bicicletas.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a wide range of music, including classical to anything you'd find in a music festival. Some of my favorite composers and artistics include: Fleet Foxes, Alt-J, Ani Difranco, Mumford and Sons, The Beatles Dvorak, Brahms, Schubert, Mozart, Beethoven, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Perota Chingo, Foster the People, Vampire Weekend and many, many more. I'm always looking for more music to listen to.
I also love attending music festivals!!!

I would be happy to help anyone practice their English - I would love to get involved in language exchanges and practice my Spanish.

There are so many things I want to learn: cooking new recipes, dancing, capoiera, martial arts, weaving, music, art, literature.

I'm always up for an adventure: whether it be a hiking trip, a festival, or simply a new pub - you can count me in!
