I am down to earth, open, and honest and I value sincerity in others. I believe that we can learn something from every person, and because of that I value respecting others' experiences and feelings. I enjoy yoga, dancing, hiking, reading, eating chocolate, and spending time with others.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to travel and I try to live simply. Couchsurfing is a way to meet interesting people while enjoying an economical trip. I hope to connect with others during my travels and keep good contacts internationally.

And after having such a positive experience as a guest, I also hope to return to others the same help and kindness that I have received during my own travels. I know each small positive connection or helping hand can make all the difference.

兴趣

I love children and am passionate about helping them. I work with a foundation in Haiti that strives to provide opportunity to impoverished children and their families. I love yoga and dance and try to instill those values in my day to day activities. I love to share and listen to other people's stories about their accomplishments and struggles. I enjoy being outdoors, art and culture, and like to explore all sorts of places and events.

I love reggae and reggae inspired music, anything fun and funky, and strong, female voices.

I mostly read nonfiction. Favorite books include The Help, The Miracle of Mindfulness, Shantaram, Zen and the Art of Archery, Unbroken, and Americanah.
