I am an easy going, friendly and enthusiastic person who loves outdoor activities especially camping, wild swimming and Ghyll/Gorge scrambling. I also have played Netball since the age of 7!
I am very reliable (something that comes with being a chef!) and I always try to give 100% with everything I do.
I am fully TEFL qualified.
I enjoy meeting new people and have currently started my adventure to travel the world here in New Zealand with my best friend and boyfriend :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Let's not beat about the bush, it is mostly to save money as travelling can be expensive :-(.
But there are also some amazing people in the world and what better way to bump into them than couch surfing. I love meeting new people and this is a great opportunity to do so! !
Also having worked as an Italian pizza/pasta chef for the last 5.5 year's I can help out in the kitchen if needed! 😁.

Interests

I absolutely love being outside exploring, what isn't there to like? !
My favourite thing to do is wild swimming and gorge scrambling - the combination of scrambling up waterfalls and finding hidden secret pools and being away from the crowds is an absolute winner every time :-).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I taught English in a primary school in Thailand for 2.5 months in 2015. I lived in the school with another English girl and we experienced the full life of what it is to be Thai and to live and work how they do.
