I'm 26 and a bartender in Chicago. I don't like bartending, but it funds my desire to leave the country at a moments notice.

You can usually find me doing a few of these things:

Rididng my bike
Drinking a beer
Watching football (go Everton!)
Sitting in the park (usually drinking a beer)
Napping
Reading (usually with a beer)

My favorite color is gray, I'll eat anything put in front of me, and I'm not afraid to try new things.

I've traveled across the Atlantic 4 times, this time being my 5th. I've used Couchsurf every single time. In my opinion, it's the best way to truly experience a new city, as opposed to staying in a hostel with other people who have presumably never been in this city and are attracted to tourist traps. Show me how the locals live and where the locals go! That's why I'm here!

I'm VERY CLEAN. I will not leave a mess in the home you're so graciously providing.

I usually bring my bike when I travel. I won't be doing so this time and it makes me sad.

My favorite author is Cormac McCarthy
He wrote The Road, Blood Meridian, No Country for Old Men, etc.

I also love Lord of the Rings, Master and Margarita, a lot of Russian classics.
