I first heard of the Couchsurfing platform years ago but never got around to trying it out. I have done quite a bit of couch surfing on my own (without the web).

I am planning on moving west in month or so, but want to see a few places first and would love a bit of local input!

This past year my boyfriend and I spent six months hiking the Appalachian Trail (2,189 miles)!

I got the opportunity to hear the Dalai Lama speak in Dahramsala.

Cooking, company, travel/camping/ long distance hiking advice. I'm not actively teaching but I have a 200 hr yoga teacher training cert and could help you with your form if interested.

My boyfriend, and travel companion, is Irish and could probably teach you a word or two in Gaelic, he's also good for the craic!
