Overview
About Me
I am an old soul 20 year travelling to explore the corners of the world. I love travelling because of the discovery of new cultures and developing appreciation for how people live differently within our world. I am very passionate about architecture, photography, sustainable living, and learning about new things all the time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting all sorts of people from different walks of life and getting to know their story and what they can share with me and what I can share with them. Couch surfing is an incredible initiative which allows for a exchange of so much more than just names and the exclusion of money brings an authentic and human experience. I believe it brings people from all sorts of backgrounds together, and this is definitely something I wish to be a part of in my travel.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a passion of mine, I love learning the history and the story of an artist almost as much as listening to them! I listen to anything from Bill Withers to Snoop Dogg.
Movies: Dallas Buyer's Club, Wolf of Wall Street, Taxi Driver, Interstellar, Step Brothers...
Books: anything by Haruki Murakami, Matthew Reilly, architecture related philosophy and generally postmodern philanthropic writing. I love non-fiction and love feeling like I'm always learning.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At 14 years of age living in Kuala and toothpaste into a poverty ridden village school outside of Pokhara, Nepal to teach the local kids how to brush their teeth. So simple and so rewarding. I was taught a lot more that day than I could teach them.
Teach, Learn, Share
Having spent the last fifteen years of my life hopping between various international schooling systems, and most recently universities, I have learnt that the value of education only shows itself when you are given the opportunity to pass on your acquired knowledge. You never know what you have to offer someone until you've met them - I look forward to experiencing what is to be shared!
