ABOUT ME

Outgoing, and adventurous. I Have been living in Chicago for some time, working in the restaurant industry. I am currently traveling Europe, working at restaurants. I was recently working at Faviken in Are, Sweden for 4 months, then butchering under Dario Cecchini in Tuscany, Italy. I just left In De Wulf in Belgium. Now traveling around!

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem is my motto! Live a new adventure everyday. Love recieved from the Lord and given to others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate (so far) by surfing in Europe. I intend to host people when I go back to the States so I can return the favor to the CouchSurfing Community.I have saved a great deal of money by the help and hospitality of the CS community and I have made some genuine memories and friends along the way.Cooking for my hosts and their friends is my way of saying thank you to those that have helped me along my journey. A great conversation never hurts!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Grand Canyon. Tuscany. Mountains in Northern Sweden. Sigur Ros in concert. John Williams/Star Wars in concert. The Rocky Mountains. Drank beer out of the Stanley Cup (NHL/Hockey). Cooked for Thomas Keller, and other famous people, thats cool, right?
