About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I Wanna Fly With The Birds!

ABOUT ME

I'm a down-to-earth kind of guy. I am really friendly and I love having interesting conversations with exciting people. My biggest passions in life are traveling and learning foreign languages. Last year I lived in Aix-en-Provence, France for a year to learn French. I traveled a lot through Europe and I couchsurfed everywhere I went. I met the most fun and interesting people through couchsurfing and I have always had great experiences. I am currently going to school back at home in Los Angeles. I am working for an airline so I plan to take advantage of that and couchsurf some more throughout the world. Hopefully I can crash on your couch next ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the most important thing in life is making friends because having many friends allows you to see the world from different perspectives and enjoy the many diverse lifestyles on this planet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While in France, me and my roommates hosted dozens of couchsurfers at our place. It was always fun and exciting adventures with our guests. Now I am back in LA, and unfortunately I do not have as much time as before to host guests because of school and work. I still participate in couchsurfing events, get-togethers and parties.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfing was an enlightening, eye-opening experience for me. It made me realize how hospitable and friendly the world can really be. I met the nicest people while couchsurfing through Europe and I made some great, long-lasting friendships. I feel like the couchsurfing community's core values are travel, discovery, hospitality and mutual respect, which are all very important values to me.

Interests

My biggest interests are foreign languages and cultures, world politics, traveling, eating new foods, going to the beach, biking, partying and anything that's fun and spontaneous.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love comedies and scary movies. I like all kinds of music and I love being introduced to new kinds of music. My favorite genres are hip-hip, rap, techno, electro, reggae, latin, salsa, pop, underground, and a bunch of others. I love reading anything that has to do with politics or travel :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experience of my life so far was living in the South of France for a year and traveling through Europe. I saw many incredible places and I experienced lots of extraordinary events. One of the most memorable moments was going to Oktoberfest in Germany with a group of friends for a week. Even though I can only remember half the trip, the half I do remember was incredible lol :p

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an individual who LOVES to learn. I like learning about anything, whether it be learning how to cook a new dish, learning a new language, a new activity or just learning about someone's life. I have also acquired a substantial amount of useful information, especially about traveling which I would love to share with anyone who is interested. I also love to talk about my city, so if you are interested in visiting or just learning more about Los Angeles, I am the guy to ask ;)
