About Me
Hi,
my name is Caspar. I am 20 years old and currently studying Computer Science in Bonn. I live in a small apartment together with my Girlfriend (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/aylin-kister) and we'd love to host people from all over the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Both my parents travelled the world during their 20ies. Due to the hospitality they received during those trips, we have been taking in people for a long time, though my parents never used Couch Surfing but chose to use BeWelcome and HospitalityClub. We have also taken in refugees working together with our local commune. Due to this I have been raised knowing, that tramping or using Websites like Couchsurfing, needs to be done carefully, but that there is no reason to expect everyone to be a serialkiller or worse. So when I decided to make a trip similiar to my parents and since I not only wanted to look at the Sightseeing attractions but wanted to get to know the people and their interests I chose to use Couchsurfing.
Obviously I am returning the favor and am also hosting peoplein Bonn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One day in school a friend of mine showed us some sheetmusic he had found for a song called "Aus der Traube in die Tonne". We then proceeded to start a choir with all the boys in our physics class called "Resonanzkatastrophe" (in englisch "Resonance Disaster"), which practiced during breaks and free hours. We quickly became famous in our school and sung at every major schoolrelated event. In the end we even sold own merchandise at our prom.
