About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to make people smile and enjoy every given day:)

ABOUT ME

My name is Nikolay. I am from Bulgaria, but live in Cracow for 7 years already. I describe myself as a positive, smiling person, who tries to enjoy every day. My hobbies are balkan folk dances, playing guitar (lately focusing on balkan folk music), singing and travelling. My best way to relax is when I play music with my band BalkanArtz. Last but not least, travelling anytime and anywhere whenever it is possible

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Hard-rock, metal, balkan traditional music, trip-hop, generally, wide range of musical genres. The most important thing is to evoke emotions and shivers!
Books: It's difficult to point out certain books and autors, but if I have to choose few, may be I should mention Hermann Hesse - Demian, Ivo Andrić - Na Drini ćuprija, Ivan Herceg - Nepravilnosti, Ervin Jahić - Pustinje Neona, Kristali Afganistana, Robert Graves - I Claudius, Gabriel Garcia Marquez - Hundred years of solitude... So many of them, I guess I should stop here :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

in 2010 I went to Sicily and climbed Ethna with few friends. I love hitch-hiking and I've already tried it abroad while I was studying in Slovenia, the thrill is awesome.
