I grew up on a commune in California. I moved to New York to study at NYU. After I graduated, I became a teacher. There's lots that happened in between...so let's get together and share stories!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I grew up on a commune that hosted couchsurfers. Since I left, I've been able to host and travel from time to time

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My family has hosted numerous travelers...all of whom have changed my life in some way. I can't express how grateful I am that I am apart of family that let's absolute strangers stay in the house! I've couchsurfed a lot in the Bay Area and around New Zealand and Australia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

CHINA!!, San Francisco with my CS BFF Sam, ran on a deserted highway, biked to hell, wrote for The Fresno Bee, watched the stars, NOLA...I think that says enough, the Bahamas with Sam, Australia/New Zealand 2010!, completed my Fresno bucket list, fell in love, lived in nyc, broke my nose (and dont remember how!!), tamed a dingo, convinced someone to let me stay on their yacht, saw a raccoon in the subway station, rapped Mac Dre to pay my taxi fare, visited the CS house, had sex on the Brooklyn Bridge (just kidding!....but check this out!...http://sexonbridges.com/), spent 2 months on a motorcycle traveling around South America
